Remove solder paste cover – by using a scrapper, scrape 50% of solder paste — apply onto stencil — start up printing process — wipe-off the solder paste residues on scrapper with a dust-free paper — operator needs to always keep an eye on the printing process. Once the solder paste used up, operator has to replace a new one.
Automatic Solder Dispenser (ASD)
Remove solder paste cover – place the solder paste jug into ASD – start up printing process – automatic alarm when the solder paste volume is low.
