Product Details – RCMK (Reflow Process-CMK)

RCMK is a set of professional test kit for reflow oven in SMT industry. It is a special designed measurement tool, cooperate with iProfile 20 super data collector, it collects and measures data of each temperature zone and simulate heat absorption of various products through the reflow process. Comprehensive performance parameter index will be generated automatically via its ultimate analysis software. Calibration can be carried out by comparing the parameter analysis between the current reflow oven and the new reflow oven. It improves the reflow oven conditions in order to produce better quality products.
