On May 28, 2024, VCAM joined hands with the National University of Malaysia to jointly carry out the research and development of the "Intelligent Control System for Electronic Manufacturing" technical project and formally signed a cooperation agreement at the National University of Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur.
VCAM headquarter chairman Chen Shijian, Malaysian subsidiary general manager Hannah Lim, National University of Malaysia Microelectronics and Nanoengineering Dean Professor Ahmad Rifqi Md Zain and other relevant project leaders from the university and the enterprise attended the event and witnessed the signing ceremony together.
At the beginning of the event, Professor Ahmad Rifqi Md Zain delivered a welcome speech. He said that we welcome VCAM Chairman Chen Shijian and the project team to come to the scene to witness this important moment. This school-enterprise cooperation is closely centered on the practical experience and market demand of the enterprise. By jointly building a research and development platform, sharing technical resources, and jointly conducting scientific research cooperation, it promotes the transformation of technology and results. In the process of cooperation, an excellent talent exchange platform is built to cultivate high-quality talents with professional knowledge and practical ability for the electronic manufacturing industry.
The best time to plant a tree is ten years ago, and the second best time is now. The road is long but the ambition remains unchanged, and the journey is long but the original intention remains unchanged. We eagerly hope that this school-enterprise cooperation can build a solid bridge between academic research and industrial practice, and become a powerful new driving force for promoting industry progress and industrial upgrading. This cooperation not only promotes in-depth exchanges between the school and the enterprise in technology, knowledge and resources, but also opens up broad space for both parties to further expand cooperation at multiple levels, in multiple forms and in multiple fields.
In a solemn and warm atmosphere, VCAM and the National University of Malaysia formally signed a cooperation agreement. In this cooperation, both parties closely focused on the difficulties and challenges encountered by the electronic manufacturing industry in the actual production process, and focused on innovative breakthroughs in technology.
The development of intelligent control systems will not only significantly improve and optimize the process of electronic manufacturing, but also have significant commercial value and application prospects. By introducing intelligent control systems, enterprises can reduce labor costs and improve production efficiency, thereby significantly improving production efficiency. The cooperation between the two parties will inject new impetus into the intelligent transformation and upgrading of the electronic manufacturing industry.
Meeting Agenda--Welding Process Reliability Improvement Program
